Tiana Symmonds is the founder of AskTiana Solutions and The Architect's Circle, where she helps accomplished professionals build sovereign businesses without leaving their current roles. Drawing on a corporate background in operations and strategic architecture, she developed the C.A.R.E. Leadership and ARCH frameworks. A Carnegie Mellon University alumna, she was selected for digitalundivided's BREAKTHROUGH San Antonio 2026 accelerator.

Her work is grounded in research on educational leadership, developed through the University of Pennsylvania, and extends into speaking, writing, and advisory work. She is based in Philadelphia and publishes a community newsletter for Black women leaders.

Karen Crawford Simms is the Founding Director of the Trauma & Resilience Initiative, Inc., and a nationally recognized speaker and trainer on trauma-informed care, community violence prevention, and building resilience. A licensed mental health counselor, she holds a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Christian Theological Seminary.
