The name Top 100 Most Powerful Black Women Summit™ is a trademarked designation. All references to this name in Summit materials, communications, promotional content, and third-party coverage reflect its trademarked status.

Unauthorised use of the Summit name or any confusingly similar designation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WIDB and its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from Summit participation or content use.
• Loss of profit, business opportunity, or revenue.
• Reliance on any information or advice presented by Summit speakers or in Summit materials.
• Technical failures affecting access to Summit content or platforms.

Nothing in this Disclaimer limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
