Carol M. Moulton, Esq. is the founder of Moulton Executive Coaching, where she advises high-achieving women navigating toxic workplace dynamics through her proprietary STANCE Framework. A former plaintiff trial attorney and federal senior executive with 25 years in civil rights and employment law, she has also served on OPM's Qualifications Review Board. She holds a J.D., two master's degrees, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Coaching.
