Hey Sis, There’s a strange moment just before something big begins.🤎
ISSUE No. 07 | 13 October, 2026 | IN HER POWER
You’ve done the planning. Sent the messages. Checked the details. Changed the details. Changed them back again. 😂
And then you realise: this thing is about to become real people in a real room.
That’s where I am this week.
I’ve been speaking to women who are coming to the Summit, and what stays with me isn’t simply their achievements.
It’s their generosity.
The way somebody says, “If she needs an introduction, tell her to call me.”
The way another woman shares what she’s learnt without making everybody prove themselves first.
The excitement of being part of something that isn't only about her own profile.
That’s the culture I want us to protect.

You Don'T Need To Arrive Fully Formed.
Some women are walking into October with a clear plan. Others are still finding the words for what they want next.
One has a company and wants to scale. One has twenty years of expertise but doesn’t know how to make herself visible. One is thinking about leaving corporate. One is already an ecosystem builder and wants her influence to create more opportunity for others.
And somebody is going to join us quietly because she just needs to be around women who understand.
I want all of them to feel welcome.
You don’t need the perfect introduction. You don’t need to have all your numbers worked out. You don’t need to be the loudest woman in the room.
You need curiosity, a willingness to listen and enough openness to let somebody else surprise you.

A Small Thing To Do This Week
Write a two-sentence introduction that tells people more than your job title.
Try this:
“I’m building ______, and right now I’m trying to figure out ______.”
Then add:
“One thing I can help another woman with is ______.”
That's a conversation starter. Not a pitch.
And it gives somebody a reason to find you.

The Room Is Almost Ready.
Next Monday, women from different places, professions and stages of life will begin finding one another through the Top 100 Summit.
I hope you’ll come as you are. I hope you’ll leave with something useful. And I hope you’ll make at least one connection you’ll still be glad you made six months from now.
Until next Tuesday, stay in your power.
