About Dana Akins-Adeyemi
- Dana “DeltaDana” Akins-Adeyemi is a design and innovation strategist, educator, and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience spanning engineering, corporate innovation, and higher education. Trained as a mechanical engineer, she has worked with Fortune 500 organizations and taught at the university level, helping leaders and students rethink how systems shape outcomes.
- Known for bridging technical strategy with human-centered insight, Dana specializes in reframing imposter syndrome as a systemic phenomenon rather than a personal flaw. Her work empowers high-achieving women — particularly Black women navigating complex professional environments — to move from self-doubt to strategic clarity.
- Through her speaking, workshops, and consulting, she equips audiences to renew their thinking, redesign their environments, and reclaim their authority.
