About Tiffany Whitener
- Tiffany Whitener has spent more than three decades evolving alongside technology, with a career that mirrors the shift from print to digital to AI.
- She began in the newspaper industry as a designer and editor, shaping how communities engaged with content. She went on to create digital applications and enterprise software for Fortune 50 and Fortune 500 companies, as well as global brands across automotive, banking, insurance, retail, media, energy, and nonprofit.
- With experience spanning UX leadership, product design, and front-end development, Tiffany brings a systems-level perspective to solving complex business and human problems at scale.
- Today, she is a UX Design Manager at Cox Automotive, where she leads teams building B2B enterprise solutions and helps lead AI adoption. She also is the founder of AI at Tiffany’s, where she helps leaders approach AI with a human-centered, responsible lens. Her mantra: “We can’t lead AI, if we don’t learn AI.”
