About Jennifer Campbell
Jennifer Campbell is the founder of Soul Star and creator of the Soul Star Framework. With over 30 years in systemic change and leadership, she has guided more than 10,000 leaders worldwide. Her work has been featured twice in Forbes and in Harvard Business Review, and she has convened 6,000+ people across 100+ countries through the Systemic Leadership Summit.
She helps successful Black women see what their success has required them to carry, tolerate and trade away, then make different choices without abandoning their ambition.
Her work is deeply personal. After experiencing a burnout and coming close to another, Jennifer stopped treating exhaustion as an individual failure and began examining the rooms and systems that made overperformance necessary.
