About Dr Chenelle Boatswain
Dr. Chenelle S. Boatswain is an award-winning educator and founder of the Thriving Together Network, drawing on 20+ years of leadership across K–12 and higher education to empower Black women leaders to secure sustaining success.
A first-generation Caribbean American woman with an Ed.M. from Harvard University and an Ed.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Boatswain lives and studies the complexities of achievement, resilience, and belonging for Black women leaders. This keynote highlights the transformative power of witnessing—being seen, supported, and sustained by those who share similar journeys.
