These Terms govern your participation in the Top 100 Most Powerful Black Women Summit™ and the purchase of tickets or speaker slots. By completing your payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms in full.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Women in Digital Business (WIDB), the organisation behind the Summit.

Governing law for this agreement encompasses UK, US, and EU legal frameworks, applied as relevant to your jurisdiction.

GDPR and applicable regional data protection legislation are fully respected. Where local consumer protection laws provide additional rights, those rights remain unaffected by these Terms.

• Full payment confirms and reserves your ticket or speaker slot.
• All purchases are non-refundable, except under exceptional circumstances at WIDB's sole discretion.
• Transfers to another qualified participant may be permitted if approved by WIDB in writing prior to the event.

Your slot or ticket is confirmed only once both payment and any required supplementary materials have been submitted in accordance with WIDB's deadlines.

Failure to submit required materials on time may result in removal from the programme and forfeiture of your payment without further liability to WIDB.

By participating, you grant WIDB a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to:

• Record, broadcast, and distribute sessions, frameworks, and participant-delivered content.
• Use your image, slides, and associated media for marketing, promotion, social media, and educational purposes.
• Edit, summarise, or adapt content using AI-assisted tools including OpenClics, Veed, CapCut Pro, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.

AI tools may process personal and session data for content production, analytics, or engagement tracking during and after the Summit.

No AI processing will make decisions that materially affect individual participants without appropriate human oversight.

All Summit sessions may be recorded and broadcast live or made available on-demand following the event.

Media recordings may be shared with sponsors, partners, and media outlets as part of Summit promotion and distribution. Your participation constitutes full consent to these activities.

All participants are required to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally throughout the Summit, including in all virtual or in-person interactions.

WIDB reserves the right to remove any participant who violates this standard. Removal does not entitle the participant to a refund.

WIDB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from participation in or inability to attend the Summit.

The Summit schedule, format, or content may be modified due to force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, widespread technical failure, or other circumstances outside WIDB's control.

Tickets and speaker slots remain valid for any rescheduled edition of the same Summit event.

The Summit retains ownership of all Summit-produced materials, frameworks, branding, and recordings.

Speakers retain ownership of their original intellectual property but grant WIDB a perpetual right to use that content for Summit-related purposes as outlined in Section 5.

All participant data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the Summit Privacy Policy. This includes any AI-assisted processing described in Section 6.

All participants must be 18 years of age or older. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

WIDB may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the checkout process or participation in the Summit after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Material changes will be communicated to registered participants by email where practicable.
